Medical Social Worker

Provides financial screenings for patients and families facing the impact of potential or actual cancer or hematologic disorders. Provides appropriate assistance and resources for needs assessed during initial screenings. Manages the indigent care/patient assistance programs for all patients requiring this service. Uses clinical knowledge to facilitate/coordinate referrals to outside agencies for financial and/or medical needs as directed. Assists with any paperwork/letters required for patients to receive SSD, Medicaid, CSHCS, FMLA, STD, LTD, CLF or LLS assistance, or any other paperwork deemed necessary by supervisor to assist patients. Facilitates advance care planning discussions and assists patients in completing advance directives.

Registered Nurse

Provides quality cancer care by assessing and monitoring patients, formulating a nursing diagnosis and prioritizing problems.  Engages the patient in mutual goal setting and developing a plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other members of the health care team.

Medical Billing Specialist

Primary responsibility to maintain AR at reasonable ageing as determined by Manager. Process all insurance correspondence as required, process all claims as needed to insure accurate and timely payment. Provide Customer Service to patients, third party carriers, physicians and others as needed. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of payor regulations and reimbursement methodologies to provide the best service to all parties, and assure accurate reimbursement.

Network and Systems Administrator

This position is responsible for planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all desktop, voice, video, and, network hardware, software, and communication links in collaboration with departmental members. Administers servers, including e-mail, print and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software. Administers all network hardware and equipment, including switches, hubs, and UPSs and ensures network connectivity for all workstations. Administers all equipment, hardware and software upgrades. Performs asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. Monitors and identifies capacity and performance issues for telecommunications traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telecommunications systems. Generates telecommunications usage and inventory reports as required.

Helpdesk Technician

As a Helpdesk position, you will be responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through effective remote problem identification and resolution. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will receive tickets indicating a user support request, and you will identify and resolve issues. The requests may involve working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services. You will then provide ongoing technical support and follow up with clients.
