Provides quality cancer care by assessing and monitoring patients, formulating a nursing diagnosis and prioritizing problems.  Engages the patient in mutual goal setting and developing a plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other members of the health care team.

New Patient Referral Specialist

Interact with referring entity to obtain the necessary information to schedule and process a new or inactive patient consultation.

Survivorship Midlevel- Outpatient

The position will involve developing effective care plans that reflect the most up to date research on specific disease, treatment complications and education needs utilizing the national standards and guidelines as well as performing survivorship care visits with patients that assure effective medical care, education, and emotional support.

Medical Assistant Scribe

Facilitates the clinical staff-patient encounter by assisting with the clerical activities essential to the office visit. Helps the clinical staff maximize his/her clinical role improving patient flow and satisfaction. Medical Assistant Certification is required.

Midlevel Provider- Inpatient

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Under physician supervision, the mid level provider is responsible for the comprehensive medical management of assigned inpatients in the hospital setting. The mid level provider is expected to exercise prudent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care and seek appropriate collaboration as necessary.

Schedule: Evenings- 9pm to 7am
Anticipate 7-10 hour shifts in a two week period of time. Alternating with a second position. Every other weekend required. Hours on weekend will be 7 PM-5 AM.
