Responsible for overseeing processing of clinic professional and chemotherapy charges. Performs highly complex and varied tasks requiring in depth medical coding knowledge.

Site Manager

Provides operational and employee management of specified site personnel, including but not limited to human resource management, financial accountability, productivity and quality.  Collaborates with key management and departmental teams to ensure efficiency and positive patient and staff outcomes.  Embraces the concepts of Business Sustainability, Employee Development, Efficiency, and Quality as support of CHCWM’s strategic vision.  Responsible along with key management for enhancing corporate relationships with hospital systems.

EMR Clinical Coordinator

Provide leadership in the adoption of health information technology, such as electronic health records and e-prescribing; assess physician group practices for appropriate workflow and readiness; provide expert guidance and training during the implementation phase.  Provide implementation support including ongoing training, reviewing clinical process requirements, adaptation of processes to health information technology applications, and configuration of system data sets and templates.  Supports and adheres to the Company’s Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

IT Help Desk

You will be responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through effective remote problem identification and resolution. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will receive tickets indicating a user support request, and you will identify and resolve issues. The requests may involve working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services. You will then provide ongoing technical support and follow up with clients.

This position is a level 2 helpdesk position requiring computer and networking support.

Experience should be 2 years or greater in a helpdesk level 2 capacity.

Health Care Industry experience is preferred.

This position has the opportunity for fluctuating hours, weekends, and travel as projects dictate.
