Medical Assistant Scribe

Facilitates the clinical staff-patient encounter by assisting with the clerical activities essential to the office visit. Helps the clinical staff maximize his/her clinical role improving patient flow and satisfaction. Medical Assistant Certification is required.

Pharmacy Technician- Retail

Dispense prescription drugs to patients under the supervision of the pharmacist in charge.  Provide quality patient care and excellent customer service.  Follow departmental procedures with regard to inventory control, claims submission and other administrative tasks.  This position has a dual report to the Retail Business Manager and Site Pharmacist.

Pharmacist

Responsible in the operations, inventory of the pharmacy. Assures pharmacy products quality and compliance with legal pharmacy standards. Supervises technicians in the preparation of sterile IV administration, and daily maintenance of pharmacy. Provides clinical pharmacy services though drug information, billing assistance, and patient education, to the professional staff.

Manager of Information Technology

This position will work collaboratively with physicians, senior leadership, department leaders and key IT suppliers to lead current and future IT initiatives. The manager will be responsible to build an efficient and responsive Information Technology (IT) department. This leader will be accountable for the delivery and security of all information technology services throughout CHCWM. Included are system hardware and software infrastructure, voice communications, electronic health records (EHR), system security, and disaster recovery. Additionally, this individual will work in a manner that is consistent with a health care organization whose primary purpose is to provide an efficient cost effective quality service to the patients we serve.

IT Help Desk

You will be responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through effective remote problem identification and resolution. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will receive tickets indicating a user support request, and you will identify and resolve issues. The requests may involve working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services. You will then provide ongoing technical support and follow up with clients.

Both positions have the opportunity for fluctuating hours, weekends, and travel as projects dictate.
