Research Regulatory Coordinator

Coordinate the day to day functions of the regulatory needs for research trials at CHCWM. This also includes cross coverage for research coordinator/nurse including screening and consenting of patients, education of the staff on available trials, data management, and drug accountability.

Medical Billing Specialist

Primary responsibility to maintain AR at reasonable ageing as determined by Manager. Process all insurance correspondence as required, process all claims as needed to insure accurate and timely payment. Provide Customer Service to patients, third party carriers, physicians and others as needed. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of payor regulations and reimbursement methodologies to provide the best service to all parties, and assure accurate reimbursement.

 

Location: Corporate Office (Grand Rapids, MI)
Schedule: Monday-Friday; hours vary between 7:30am-5:30pm for 30-40 hours/week

Director of Information Technology

This position will work collaboratively with physicians, senior leadership, department heads and key IT suppliers to lead the current and future IT initiatives to provide and efficient and responsive Information Technology (IT) department.  This position will work with department heads and company leadership to provide recommendations to other leaders that will achieve CHCWM’s business goals with technology related initiatives.  This leader will collaborate with leaders at the highest level of the organization and manage a small team of professionals and key IT suppliers who are accountable for the delivery and security of all information technology services throughout CHCWM.  Included are system hardware and software infrastructure, voice communications, electronic health records (EHR), system security, and disaster recovery. Additionally, this individual will work in a manner that is consistent with a health care organization whose primary purpose is to provide an efficient cost effective quality service to the patients we serve.

Registered Nurse

Provides quality cancer care by assessing and monitoring patients, formulating a nursing diagnosis and prioritizing problems.  Engages the patient in mutual goal setting and developing a plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other members of the health care team.
