VBC Coding Coordinator

This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, monitoring and evaluating Clinical Documentation quality as well as ensuring compliance with practice identified quality initiatives such as Oncology Care Model (OCN), Medical Home, QOPI, PGIP, ACI, etc.  Consults with the EMR team, clinicians, administrators and coding teams on quality activities such as chart reviews and accurate and complete documentation and coding, providing technical support and staff education as necessary.  Ensure the organization remains in compliance with internal compliance plan as well as billing and coding regulations and requirements.

Clinical Research Coordinator

Coordinate the day to day functions of the research trials for CHCWM. EMR Clinical Coordinator

Provide leadership in the adoption of health information technology, such as electronic health records and e-prescribing; assess physician group practices for appropriate workflow and readiness; provide expert guidance and training during the implementation phase.  Provide implementation support including ongoing training, reviewing clinical process requirements, adaptation of processes to health information technology applications, and configuration of system data sets and templates.  Supports and adheres to the Company’s Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Nurse Manager

Human Resource Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is an evolving role and will be responsible for day-to-day Human Resources functions.  Among the primary responsibilities of this position will be talent acquisition to include writing advertisements, screening applicants, interviewing, reference/background checks, joint decision making with the hiring manager, and offers of employment.    Depending on the background of the successful candidate, some responsibilities will be contingent on prior experience.  This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Social Worker

Provides financial screenings for patients and families facing the impact of potential or actual cancer or hematologic disorders. Provides appropriate assistance and resources for needs assessed during initial screenings. Manages the indigent care/patient assistance programs for all patients requiring this service. Uses clinical knowledge to facilitate/coordinate referrals to outside agencies for financial and/or medical needs as directed. Assists with any paperwork/letters required for patients to receive SSD, Medicaid, CSHCS, FMLA, STD, LTD, CLF or LLS assistance, or any other paperwork deemed necessary by supervisor to assist patients. Facilitates advance care planning discussions and assists patients in completing advance directives.

Medical Technologist

The medical technologist performs testing on patient specimens for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes and reports results. The technologist also performs quality control procedures and instrumentation maintenance. The technologist assists the laboratory manager in maintaining an efficient and effective laboratory operation.  The position requires exercise of independent judgment and discretion.

Psychologist

 

Provides diagnostic and therapeutic psychological interventions for cancer patients and their families treated at CHCWM. Acts as a resource to team members related to psychological issues and the development of a team intervention approach, where appropriate.

Director of Pharmacy

Summary
Oversees and leads operations of the pharmacy department. In addition, provides leadership and coordination of all pharmacy departments at all CHCWM clinical sites. This includes both retail and infusion services.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (However, as a salaried employee comes the expectation that the schedule and hours worked remain flexible to meet workload demands.)
