To schedule an appointment at a specific center, please call that center directly. Patients are seen by appointment only, so if you feel you have an issue to discuss, please first call to schedule your visit.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. We do reserve the right to reschedule if you arrive late for your appointment.
If you are coming in for labs and wish to review your results, please make sure to schedule an appointment with your nurse.
If your treatment date falls on a holiday, every effort will be made to reschedule your treatment as close as possible to your regularly scheduled day.
Phone Calls
If you have a routine question about your care, a need to report a symptom requiring our attention, or a billing question, please call the center where you regularly receive care. An operator will take your call and forward your message to the appropriate staff member. Every attempt will be made to return your call by the end of our day.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. If you are calling the office with an urgent but not life-threatening problem, please indicate this to the operator taking your call.
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you have an urgent need outside of these times, please call the center where you receive care and our answering service will put you in touch with the on-call physician.
