Registration
Please sign in at the front desk when you enter the office as this is how we know you have arrived. When you sign in you will be asked to verify personal and insurance information. We ask that you have your insurance card available each time you visit.
You may then be seated in the lobby while we begin the process of initiating your visit.
If you need laboratory testing, a lab technician will call you into the lab. Laboratory testing is drawn prior to your physician or treatment appointments.
A Patient Care Coordinator will escort you to either your physician visit or the infusion center.
