Cancer & Hematology of Western Michigan (CHC)’s Tanya Rowerdink, DNP, RN, NP-C, CCD, was recently selected as one of West Michigan Woman magazine’s 2020 Brilliance Awards finalists. Rowerdink, who currently serves as CHC’s Director of Operations, is listed as one of the magazine’s “Emerging Leaders.”
“Be mindful of work-life dynamics,” Rowerdink told West Michigan Woman. “At times there will not be balance. However, you must remain centered to be a present leader. Work and life exist together to optimize skills and purpose.”
We are so proud of Rowerdink and the skills she brings to CHC, especially the leadership she has demonstrated during this unprecedented time.
