Navigating the healthcare system can be complicated during the best of times. It can be even more difficult when you’re sick.

Our financial coordinators are here to help you understand your policy, and what types of financial assistance may be available to help with the cost of treatment.

Insurance

A list of participating insurance groups is available. A financial coordinator will then call or meet with you to review your benefits and estimated cost of treatment and personal responsibility.

Billing

Statements are sent out every month. Any charges that remain after your insurance has paid are your responsibility. For your convenience we accept cash, check, money order, debit, and all major credit cards.

Insurance Forms

We can help you complete any necessary forms, including Social Security disability, long- and short-term disability, and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

There is, however, a fee: $10 for FMLA forms, $20 for all others.

It usually takes three weeks to complete these forms, and fees must be paid before you can receive the finished form. If you can’t afford the fees, our financial coordinators can offer you potential options.
